Organic white basmati rice from India.
Presoak rice overnight to remove up to 80% of the naturally occuring arsenic, then rinse well with clean cold water until water runs clear. Add 2 parts cold water to 1 part rice, bring to the boil then reduce heat to low and simmer with the lid on for 10 mins. Separate grains with a fork and turn the heat off, leave lid on to steam rice for final 5 mins, then enjoy.
